Se7en point Someone!

I wish there was some pond which was deep enough to terrorise u,but not deep enough to kill you. If there was some such i would seeeriously jump into it. i feel like an complete idiot after the results of my first semester. I got a fraking 7.85. Its ok, u can continue reading. You dont have to stop reading thinking wat can a seven point someone write.

I some how never had the slightest of idea that i had to study after joining college. Well,i know its not the right time to realise it , i should have probably realised it after my first test or atleast my second test. But i did not. Fine forget about the past. Atleast now(lol) i realised may be i really have to study to score in college.

So now comes the turning over a new leaf part of my life. I probably need to study. I thought a mere glance of the text book would fetch u some 8 point something but clearly i was wrong. But after speaking to my friends who whine for a 9 point something i realise watching an average of 1 and half movie a day definitely does not help your grades. I hope i join the elite club in my class whose oly problem in life is that a teacher has not given proper notes for a subject. Sad !

Semester Egjam !!

Looooong tym no post.. Yeah i m very lazy..

Anyway, day after tomorrow is my CIPE exam,Just finished with Electrical today. No one in the world other than Deepak and Sports Quiz study for the CIPE exam. So i m writing something.

10 days before Compensatory Test

"Dude,i ve definitely screwed up atleast one of the tests in each subject,I gotta do this compensatory thing well "

Thats the situation when i am in college. The moment i reach home. Internet,FIFA09,Counter Strike. And to my bad luck some friend of mine would have downloaded somenew awesome thing.

First 5 minutes i will be like "No, i gotta study", after that situation changes to"nothing will happen if i watch it for sometime and then study"... at the end of the day " damn ! 1 day wasted. Tomorrow no disturbance"..As u can guess the situation was same every other day. 2 days before the tests i will open the book to a whole new world full of complexitiies. I will somewat run through the portions. At the end of day i would hav done 1 chapter from 1 subject with 2 days for the test.

After Compensatory Test

Ok. somewhat decent results. makes up for all the disasters i committed in the previous 2 tests. Then i heard from someone that a difference of 10 marks and all dont matter as they take 50-50 of the intetrnal assesments and externals. New rays of hope fills.If i seriously study i can do well in the externals. I come home. Internet,FIFA,c counter strike. Same place Same fun Different day.

Overall there is no difference in the study. 1 week for exams. Everyone starts studying. I get some enlightenment n open the book.

Semester Exam

We have semester exams in the worst possible time. When everyone enjoys the new year, we read how to construct chejja's. ( I d like to mention that Nishant thought this to me in such a way that i will never forget it for the rest of my life. Perfect !)

Then before i realise Exams came and went. Civil was a subject. ok less talked about it the better. Actually i screwed Math also. But nothing compared to the stuff i ve written in civil.

I m hoping the guy who corrects my paper has not fought with his/her wife/husband.He/She corrects my paper after lunch.. All the factors should be good for ending up with decent results. Else mera bhalatkar ho jayega..( hope hindi is rite )

Egregerious Blunder

Hey ! All peoples..

Shiv Khera(anybody know him?) in his book "You can win"(anybody know this?) says we must never use the word/phrase "I Wish".( I wish i did not start off this way)
Atleast thats what he says..
Every teenager (cool dude) after reading it will be like "I don give a rat's anus".
hehe.. Yes! Tahts the attitude at first.
Well lets christen it. Lets call it by a new term.A term thats so stress relieving. A term that is so related to people who constitute our environment, our lives and finally our class.

"Shatitude". For those who know kannada, well and good. For those who don't, Learn.

I hate to use/say it. I wish i had the oppurtunity to introduce you to CPP.Sometimes in life you are just late.I basically hate being late.As far as i can remember (thats like only two months) almost everyday i am the first person to be there at the entrance .. not really entrance Kriyakalpa(from my class) rather eagerly waiting to be a part of Decent Social Interaction.


The Salient Topics of the Social Interaction include.. Counter Strike,Football,Supporting the Club that won the last game in EPL, quizzing, Bitching about Sports quiz and last but not the least .. trying to remember a joke about Vijay... (Thats actually not always true.. NOT! )



For those who don't know who Sports quiz aka Shata Quotient is.. hes the only football fan i have seen who doesn play football. When u first see him.. seems like a psuedo but is not.. as he wont be able to watch a complete match due to time constraints.. thanks to the voluminous books that he borrows that keep him busy.

The only person shata communicates in Tamil is Bala. We call him Balamacha.

Surely going to change branch next year.To cut the long story short. "we will Miss you, bala"

I like the college.I like Quijcorp! I like the department (rofl)! I love the canteens!I likee the Audi! I like the time spent just before second session of tests start when we usually talk about. and finally i like the Ride.
(If anybody din get that.. this was a fucking reference to the ad which came out.. Discovery channel! )

Quizzes and Tests are Too irritating!!!

ok...this was the way we all felt when we joined RV..it was like..'dude..they say anything between 60 and 75 gives you 8 point..thats enough for us..why simply study too much'..Then the Holy first quiz started...some of the comments that came out after the quiz...

1) Dude...i got raped...

2)man..i wish i was dead...

3) Terrorism it was...

4)What a Disaster...

5) few selected ppl..said "damn it i made a silly mistake ..shit..i might lose a mark there":)

lets not consider the 5 th point...as i said it was a group of few selected ppl..SDREN..(Get it ..)

6) Aiyo big deal..we are in autonomous we can write the fuckin compensatory..

7)macha..we gotta do well in test do compensate for this disaster da...

Then when we breathed free for a few seconds after the quiz..test1 was put under our nose...Fuck this..too much work is there in this college..

Then everyone with the hope (light at the other end of the tunnel) that they will do well in the test to compensate for the quiz, wanted to study very hard and all that...but before even the thought of study came across in our minds,test 1 started...

As you might hav guesed...It was the same fucking story with this one also..only difference was that we were in concentration camps for 90 mins in these tests whereas we were in there for just 30 mins only in Quizes...:D.

It was the same set of comments that came after the test also also..(PS.including the 5 th point)....

Few ppl like balls(balachander),SQ(karthik) were actually feeling bad that the tests were over...i would like to mention here that these ppl are not the SDREN i mentioned that tym....no i m serious...

TGG ....clear???

phew.....finally a post...i m too lazy to write stuff...Anyway...Ya..We have this mechanical teacher known as TGG...hilarious fellow...i like to mention some of his dialogues..

1)Aiyo everything same principle man....this will have a thing here(pull the word with a heavy south indian accent) and that will have there(again)..

2)Siddarth and Prabath...Have u submitted...?

3)Payal..Payal Rungta...can u explain this principle...Be bold..nothing will happen ...

4)(by the way the previous dialogue could also be for "Jaiswal")'Jaiswal' can u explain this principle...Be bold..nothing will happen

Both of them will stand up....try to look like they are thinking about it...stand for like 20 seconds and sit down...basically full class will be dreading wat if it was their chance next..but once that sir gets hold of some ppl ..he will keep picking on them for the rest of his life....Clear??

5) anyone in his class get a shower of 'clears'...(like how a teacher in my school used to shower us with her mouth fluids:) while speaking...i still feel bad for the first bench Nerds..)...anyway...every damn sentence ends up with a 'clear'.."Everything same principple man...Clear??

6) Some one come and draw this on the board..Who will come..(Usually Gopika gets all excited and goes and Draws....and Ya its unbelievably neat)

Ya...i think i m done with TGG...there is another guy for electrical called cp.praduyma(If he was in our school he would have been called Arun Pradyumna:D)

i can remember 2 of his statements....

1)it so happened that someone in class asked him a doubt....and he was explaining the answer for that doubt...but the person who asked the doubt found other things in the world more interesting than the doubt...( by the way its not vitta ...vitta asks a doubt like 'Sir ..i have a small doubt' with his fore finger in front of his chest pointed upwards....And he really gotta be appreciated for the respect he gives to teachers by standing up and asking his infinite number of doubts...Anyone who asks a doubt other than him is always seated...)..Anyway...so the guy started talking with someone and pradyumna spotted him....

He gave his signature stare for like 30 secs...and he said.." u asked me a doubt....i m answering it...but you are talking to him....You have committed a sin (wtf??)..you kno why...You hav wasted my time ..."

Believe me he said it with so much concern or watever that if he had said it to me i would have gone outside the class and jumped down to the workshop floor..(I will still get Belted from the workshop guy for not dying in workshop Uniform..thats a different story..athreya knows best)

2)situation in class where he is teaching the same damn problem for the whole 1 hour..

Nishant Savio is Speaking to me...suddenly sir hears him..(i only dint hear him properly)

Sir: Nishant ..You have voice like a Amitabh Bachchan

Savio: Sorry Sir( in the gruffest voice u can imagine...)

Sir: Its ok....

Aiyo...you should have been there when it happened....its not funny when u say it and all...

Opening !

The inauguration program as expected was very boring. As anybody can guess ,it was the same stuff about studying from the start, lot of extra curricular activities in college and all the achievements. We had to clap for the achievements of people whose name we were hearing for the first time. I wanted to get up and home. But my lazy self said " wait ! let it get over..you hav gone through so much already,it woudnt hurt to stay for some more time ". So i sat and waited till it got over. Then finall they instructed us to go and collect the timetables and syllabus copies and go home. Oh wait a sec, they told us to hav lunch and go. I did not do that.

Next day we had the orieentation program. It was to brief us about the functioning of the college. One important point has to be noted. Here they mentioned about the different ways a person can fail, can not be promoted to the next year and all that. I was like " common ! No body will do that badly ".. Now i understand why they mentioned those. Other than these boring lectures, the CAT teams tried to add color to our day. Each person campaigned for their club. They told us why their club is superior to everyother club. It was quite fun as this was done by students. We could resonate with them

My grand first scolding in RVCE happened here. That too embarassingly by a senior. Not to mention a girl. She told something about blood donation and all which for few microseconds was funny. So made a kick start to laughter. She looked at me and was like " Not Funny ". She made sure she noted everything i did later that day.
